النقاب هو امر كان موجود عند العرب قبل الاسلام في
وهو في الاصل عاده عربيه من قبل الاسلام ومن يقراء، في التراث والادب الجاهلي يعرف هذا جيدا
وكونه انه كان موجود في بعض الحضارات الاخري او بعض الديانات هذا لا يعيبه فكل الديانات لها عباداتها وصلاتها وصدقاتها ولا يجوز لنا ترك هذا الامر لأجل انه موجود في بعض الديانات او بعض العادات
هل النقاب فرض ان لا؟
النقاب بالإجماع كان فرضا علي نساء النبي صلي الله عليه وسلم الآتي يلقبن بأمهات الؤمنين رضوان الله عليهن
فكان غطاء الوجه فرض عليهن
إذا متي فرض عليهن؟
فرض في سوره الأحزاب التي نزلت سنه ٥ في الهجره
فقال تعالي:( وإذا سألتموهن متاعا فأسيلوهن من وراء حجاب)
إذا لابد أن عندما نتكلم مع نساء النبي ان لا نري شخوصهن أبدا
اذا بمعني ذلك انه يحرم علي المرء ان يراهم اساسا
ومعني ذلك ان الله فرض عليهن غطاء الوجه ولم يستثني الله سبحانه وتعالي نساء النبي في هذا
إذا هذه مسأله متفق عليها من كل المسلمين بكل مدارسهم وبكل مذاهبهم أن النقاب كان فرض علي نساء النبي.
فرضنا أن أنسانه مسلمه أتت وارادت التشبه والتأسي بنساء النبي وأرادتأن ترتدي النقاب
فهل يجوز علينا ان نوصفها بالتشدد والتزمد وأنها تبغض المجتمع وتخبئ هويتها عن المجتمع
فكل ذم نوجهه لهذه السيده فنحن فالأساس نوجهه لنساء النبي ونوجهه لله سبحانه وتعالي الذي فرض علي نساء النبي هذا من البدايه..
هل النقاب فرض علي باقي نساء المسلمين؟
هنا يوجد مذاهب ومدارس تبدي برأيها في هذا الامر
منهم الحنابله ففي معتمد المذهب هو مفروض وواجب علي جميع نساء المسلمين.
وفي معتمد مذهب الشافعي ان النقاب ليس فرض
وفي معتمد مذهب المالكي ان النقاب ليس فرص
وفي معتمد مذهب الحانفي ان النقاب ليس فرض
ومن الأمه الامام الغزالي رحمه الله انه ليس فرض ولكنه سنه عن نساء النبي
ومذكور عن شيخ الإسلام: زكريا الأنصاري في شرح روض الطالب أن النقاب ليس فرض وسنه عن نساء النبي
والذين ذكروا ان النقاب فرض هم الحنابله فقط
اما ما يحدث اليوم من تحريم وتجريم النقاب هو في الاساس إهانه لأوامر الله عز وجل
وإهانه لعقول المسلمين مثل ان تمنع النقاب لكي لا يقوم أحد بعمليه إرهابيه!
فإذا كانت هذه طريقه تفكيرنا
فسيأتي يوم نمنع في الملابس الواسعه لكي لا يخبئ احدهم تحت هذه الملابس متفجرات مثلا!
إن الاستعداء الحاصل من بعض جهله العلمانين ضد النقاب وهو مرفوض
وايضا التشدد الذي يقوم به بعض أخواتنا ممن يتشددون في وجوب ارتداء النقاب هو أيضا مرفوض
• إعتقد وجوب النقاب كما تحب لاكن لا تسب ولاترمي المرأه المسلمه التي رأت عدم وجوب ارتداء النقاب لا تسبهم ولا تتهمهم بسوء
نسأل الله سبحانه وتعالي أن يقينا من سوء الإختلاف في أمور ديننا فقد قال النبي صلي الله عليه وسلم
